This full-time position allows for a 100% remote work setting, wherein mental health counseling sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing tools. Our innovative counselor portal is designed to streamline operations, thus enabling you to focus more on delivering care to clients and less on administrative tasks. • Conduct empathetic and ethical individual mental health counseling sessions with clients through video chat.
• Utilize evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities to address client needs and facilitate healing.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and challenges.
• Support clients in gaining insight into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and growth.
• Regularly monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment to ensure effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary.
• Empower clients by equipping them with effective coping mechanisms and resources to enhance their quality of life.

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a wide range of mental health needs. Our goal is to provide accessible care to clients experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. This supportive environment encourages clients to engage and make meaningful progress on their mental health journey.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice. Please indicate your credentials and licensed state in your application. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with an empathetic disposition.
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate counseling portals and maintain digital client records effectively.
• A reliable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for online therapy sessions, along with a stable internet connection.

While not mandatory, prior experience in a remote counseling setting or familiarity with telehealth platforms is advantageous. Strong candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach to client engagement, exhibit creativity in problem-solving, and show expertise in using specific therapeutic modalities.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, all new hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to growing our skilled workforce. Other benefits include:
