Job Title Contract Specialist Location Remote – Alpharetta, GA (remote 5 days a week, with occasional office visits) Duration & Hours 10+ month contract, starting part‐time 20 hrs/week (4 hrs/day) with possibility to increase to full‐time 40 hrs/week. About the Role Responsible for delivering risk management support across business units, with a focus on contract review for insurance‐related obligations. Job Responsibilities Review contracts to ensure insurance‐related obligations meet corporate risk appetite and standards.
Identify and recommend key clauses for risk transfer, including indemnification, limitation of liability, and minimum insurance requirements. Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive risk mitigation, fostering collaboration and excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of contract reviews, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
Monitor performance metrics related to risk management activities. Review and issue certificates of insurance to meet contractual requirements. Required Skills 7+ years' experience working with a large corporate company and/or law firm/insurance company with contract reviewing experience.
