Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This in-office role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong transactional real estate experience and the ability to manage commercial closings from opening through post-closing.
This opportunity offers long-term stability, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to support sophisticated commercial real estate matters in a busy legal services environment. The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will work closely with collaborative attorneys and legal staff in a professional, responsive, and client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate closings from file opening through post-closing, including documentation, coordination, deadlines, and file organization.
- Draft, review, proofread, and revise correspondence, transaction documents, closing documents, and other legal materials.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, surveyors, and other transaction parties to support timely and accurate closings.
- Organize due diligence materials, title and survey documents, closing checklists, signature pages, and related transaction files.
- Track critical dates, closing requirements, deliverables, follow-up items, and post-closing obligations.
- Support a busy real estate practice with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and client service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Location: Orlando, FL 32801.
- Work arrangement: In office only. No remote work.
