What is a temporary real estate agent?

A Temporary Real Estate Agent is a licensed professional hired on a short-term basis to assist with buying, selling, or renting properties. These agents often fill in for full-time agents during busy periods, cover for those on leave, or support specific projects or developments. They perform many of the same duties as permanent agents, such as showing properties, negotiating deals, and handling paperwork. Their contracts may last from a few weeks to several months, depending on the needs of the real estate agency or client.
