What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a showing assistant?

To thrive as a Showing Assistant, you generally need a real estate license, knowledge of property features, and familiarity with local housing markets. Proficiency with scheduling software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and virtual tour tools is typically required. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and effective time management set top performers apart in this role. These skills ensure smooth property showings, positive client experiences, and support for agents in a competitive real estate environment.

What are some common challenges a showing assistant may face when coordinating property tours with clients and agents?

Showing Assistants often juggle multiple property showings and must coordinate schedules between clients, listing agents, and their own team. Last-minute changes, overlapping appointments, and travel between properties can be challenging, especially during busy seasons. Effective communication, time management, and adaptability are essential to ensure clients have a positive experience. Working closely with lead agents and using scheduling tools can help manage these challenges and keep the process running smoothly.

How do you become a showing assistant?

To become a showing assistant, typically you need real estate licensing or experience in property sales, strong communication skills, and knowledge of local market conditions. Many employers prefer candidates who are organized, customer-focused, and familiar with scheduling tools or CRM systems. Summary
Your Opportunity
ROC Real Estate Partners | Scottsdale, Arizona 13430 N Scottsdale Rd, Suite 106, Scottsdale, AZ
At ROC, we're rooted in grit, service, and results - and we're looking for a licensed, motivated agent to join our Scottsdale team as a Showing Assistant. This role is built for someone who wants hands-on experience, sharper sales and negotiation skills, and a real foundation for a long-term real estate career. We believe extraordinary success is built together, and we're genuinely invested in seeing you get there.
You won't just open doors. You'll build trust, guide buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and help them get to a successful offer. Our standard is simple: we're not satisfied until our clients are.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with sales agents to guide clients through showings, from scheduling to offer
  • Uncover client needs, provide market insight, and give written feedback after every showing
  • Prepare and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent
  • Keep client records and follow-up sharp in Brivity CRM - data over guesswork
  • Complete 10+ hours of lead generation weekly and join weekly script practice/coaching
What We're Looking For
  • Active Arizona real estate license
  • Someone whose character speaks for itself - honest, humble, no drama
  • A builder of trust who takes ownership and initiative for their work, effort, and results
  • Coachable and never satisfied - always seeking feedback, always looking to get better
  • Reliable transportation for frequent showings
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and organized follow-through
Built to Support Your Success
Coaching, weekly script practice, proven lead-gen systems, Brivity CRM, mentorship from experienced agents, and real operational support. We're genuinely committed to helping you succeed - so you can spend more time serving clients and less time guessing.
About-our-team
Founded in 2017, ROC Real Estate Partners is a high-performance real estate team rooted in grit, service, and results. With powerhouse locations in Albuquerque, NM, Scottsdale, AZ, and Denver, CO, we're building more than a sales team - we're leading a movement. Our vision, "All In, One PLACE," drives everything we do: creating unlimited opportunity for our partners by making homeownership easier, all in one place.
At ROC, we've removed the guesswork from the agent journey. Every partner is equipped with world-class tech, dialed-in lead generation, hands-on training, and a deep bench of operational support - all designed to accelerate success. We believe in showing up daily, leading by serving, and building wealth through production, leadership, and ownership. Our goal is clear: to be the #1 real estate sales and consumer services organization by 2030 - and to bring 100 millionaire partners with us.
