Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in property transactions, including showing homes, conducting property tours, and preparing and presenting offers. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, managing listings, coordinating open houses, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role involves advising clients on pricing, market conditions, and negotiation strategies, as well as guiding them through contracts, inspections, and closing processes. The agent will collaborate with internal team members, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth, compliant transactions while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property practices.
• Demonstrated strengths in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to build rapport and close transactions ethically.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain organized records.
• Familiarity with local market trends, MLS systems, and basic real estate technology tools (CRM, digital document platforms).
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting performance goals; willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business, real estate, or related fields are beneficial.
