Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts with 8-12 patient caseload
• Weekend call required - 1 full weekend per month
• On-call responsibilities approximately 7-10 days per month
• STEMI Call team must respond within 30 minutes of activation with 2-hour call back guaranteed
• Strong cath lab experience required with ability to work in IR (mandatory requirement)
• Perform elective catheterizations (diagnostic and interventional), RHC, STEMI procedures, IABP, and pacemaker procedures
• Handle angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, insertion/programming of AICDs, pacemaker insertion, and temporary pacemaker procedures
• Maintain sterile field and scrub capabilities required
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• 3 years of experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT + MD License, or RCIS with IR experience
• Charting systems: Cerner, McKesson
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Strict no-tobacco policy with nicotine and cotinine testing
• Orientation includes non-billable modules averaging 4-6 hours through Relias/Net Learning portal
• May float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby
• 2 supervisor references required for submission
