Job description

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. The technologist will prepare and administer radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment to support diagnostic and therapeutic patient care in a hospital setting.
Minimum Qualifications

  • An associate or bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology.
  • State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine in the assigned state.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • 2 years' experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
  • Experience working in a hospital environment.
  • Familiarity with nuclear medicine imaging equipment and radiation safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SPECT and PET imaging systems.
  • Experience preparing and handling radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Advanced certifications in nuclear medicine or related specialties preferred.

Assignment Details
  • Shift Hours: 0700-1530.
  • Shift Pattern: 5x8.
  • Expected Hours: 40 per week.
