Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Automotive / Manufacturing/Distribution
Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Hybrid) (2 days in office - 3 days from Home)
Pay Range: $100,000 – $105,000 / year + Benefits

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in FP&A and operational finance. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial data and high-level business strategy—building dynamic forecasting models, automating executive reporting, and driving profitability across cross-functional business units.

Key Responsibilities
•Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build, maintain, and refine dynamic financial and variance models for multi-year forecasting, product line performance, and operational budgets.
•Executive & KPI Reporting: Design and deliver polished executive-level reporting suites and interactive BI dashboards (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau) to track core business metrics and customer trends.
•Operational Budget Ownership: Lead multi-million dollar operational and project-level budgets, analyzing historical expenditures and resource allocation to ensure high reporting accuracy and cost efficiency.
•Cross-Functional Business Partnership: Partner closely with product management, operations, and leadership teams to review variances, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product contribution margins.
•Process Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting workflows, standardize internal compliance/expensing tools, and improve cross-departmental financial logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements

•Experience: 5–6+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Operational Finance. Working with Billion /Multi billion size organizations
•Technical Skills: Advanced Excel financial modeling capabilities and strong proficiency in business intelligence/dashboarding tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau).
•Core Competencies: Proven track record in budget management, variance analysis, multi-year strategic forecasting, and executive reporting.
•Industries: Manufacturing, Logistic
•Business Acumen: Demonstrated success collaborating with product managers and operational leaders to drive margin growth and cost savings.
•Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to summarize complex financial performance into concise executive decks.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
