The Opportunity:
Job Summary
The Lead Analyst, Product Innovation drives the application of AI-enabled, data-driven capabilities across the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization. This role focuses on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Python-based Azure OpenAI solutions, and modern data platforms to enhance analytics, streamline processes, and enable intelligent automation.
The Lead Analyst partners with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and operational stakeholders to assess business problems, explore feasibility, build pilots, and evaluate impact. The role requires strong analytical capability, RCM domain fluency, technical proficiency with Python and Azure ecosystem tools, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. This position supports innovation initiatives by defining opportunities, validating data, contributing to AI-enabled workflows, and shaping solution requirements.

  • Applies strong knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle workflows, pain points, and regulatory considerations.

  • Uses practical experience with Generative AI and LLM applications (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, Python-based Pilots).

Technical Execution (Python + SQL + Azure)

Essential Job Functions
  • Analyze current RCM workflows to identify opportunities for LLM-based automation, analytics enhancements, or process optimization.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop Python pilots leveraging Azure OpenAI services.
  • Evaluate LLM output quality, test prompts, refine feature inputs, and support technical teams in shaping production-ready requirements.
  • Participate in design and testing of GenAI pilots, RAG workflows, intelligent agents, and AI-enabled decision support tools.
  • Prepare insights, feasibility assessments, and recommendations that inform product direction and business case development.
  • Assess new data sources, validate data quality, and ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards.
  • Support cross-functional sessions, requirements gathering, and documentation of solution designs.

  • This position pays between $101,600 - 152,400 based on experience and geographic location.
  • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
  • This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
