Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile, skilled, and highly trustworthy Property Maintenance Assistantto join our team. This unique role handles day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance at the corporate office.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a broad "handyman" skill set, a meticulous eye for detail, and the professionalism required to work discreetly in private homes.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Facilities Maintenance
  • General Repairs:Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing leaks, replace light fixures/ballasts, adjust doors/locks, and handle basic carpentry tasks.

  • Cosmetic Upgrades:Execute routine painting, trim installation, and wall repairs to keep corporate spaces looking professional and sharp.

  • Vendor Coordination:Assist in supervising external contractors (e.g., HVAC technicians, roofers, landscapers) when major specialized repairs are required.

High-End Residential Maintenance
  • Seasonal Prep:Manage seasonal property tasks such as clearing gutters, prepping irrigation systems for winter, and setting up outdoor patio spaces.
