• Job Summary:
 As a Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for safely operating baling equipment to process and transport recyclable materials. This role ensures material flow and warehouse cleanliness, contributing directly to operational efficiency and safety.
 
• Job Duties:
  • Operate baler equipment in compliance with safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and safely move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Record material handling data accurately on required forms
  • Follow cleanliness standards: clean-as-you-go and end-of-shift cleanups
  • Immediately report mechanical or safety issues to supervisors
 
• Pay:
$16.50 per hour
• Schedule:
 Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
 
 
• Experience or Skill Requirements:
  • 6+ months of warehous or machinery operating experience
  • Ability to work safely and follow written procedures (SOPs, GMPs, SQF)
  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in a warehouse environment
  • Basic form completion and record-keeping skills
  • Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
