What You'll Do

As a trusted financial partner to Project Managers and Operations teams, you'll help ensure projects stay financially healthy and on track from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Process union payroll and certified payroll reporting
  • Perform job costing, project reconciliations, and general ledger activities
  • Support month-end and year-end close
  • Prepare and review progress billings, retention documentation, and lien releases
  • Process subcontractor payments and public works reporting requirements
  • Assist with audits, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with project teams to monitor project financial performance
  • Utilize JD Edwards, Textura, Procore, and Excel to support project accounting functions
