Intake Support Specialist (Temporary)
Pay: $20-$30/hour
Location: Remote (must be based in Illinois)
Schedule: Hours will vary week to week
LHH is hiring for our plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Temporary Intake Support Specialist to support high-volume client inquiries. This role focuses on handling voicemails and conducting intake calls, helping determine which cases should be escalated.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to and manage voicemails in a timely manner
  • Conduct client intake calls and gather key details
  • Identify and prioritize viable cases for escalation
  • Document and track intake activity
Requirements
  • Experience in intake support or high-volume client handling
  • Strong skills in managing voicemails and intake calls
  • Ability to work quickly and make sound judgment calls
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible availability
Preferred:
  • Experience in a legal setting
Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
