Intake Support Specialist (Temporary)Pay: $20-$30/hour
Location: Remote (must be based in Illinois)
Schedule: Hours will vary week to week
LHH is hiring for our plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a
Temporary Intake Support Specialist to support high-volume client inquiries. This role focuses on
handling voicemails and conducting intake calls, helping determine which cases should be escalated.
Responsibilities- Respond to and manage voicemails in a timely manner
- Conduct client intake calls and gather key details
- Identify and prioritize viable cases for escalation
- Document and track intake activity
Requirements- Experience in intake support or high-volume client handling
- Strong skills in managing voicemails and intake calls
- Ability to work quickly and make sound judgment calls
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible availability
Preferred:- Experience in a legal setting
Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
