Location: El Dorado, KS
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour,
Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time (with potential for growth; not guaranteed)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Temporary Production Workers. This role supports our production lines and plays a key part in daily operations.
If you are looking for a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment and are open to a temporary opportunity with potential for growth, we encourage you to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist production lines with daily operations.
  • Pack finished products and prepare items for shipment.
  • Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials.
  • Support changeover tasks between production runs.
  • Assist machine operators with routine, day-to-day tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to:
  • Stand for the entire duration of the shift
  • Perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
  • Lift, bend, twist, and reach as part of regular job duties
  • Safely lift boxes and materials as required
