Job description

Outdoor Production Worker

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Outdoor Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team. The primary responsibility will be bagging products while working in an outdoor production environment.

Location: La Cygne, KS
Employment Type: Full-time (Temp-to-Hire)
Work Conditions: Outdoor Manufacturing / Production
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Training Schedule (First Month):

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Regular Schedule (After Training):

  • Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Summary

The Outdoor Production Worker will assist with bagging products and supporting production operations in an outdoor environment. Candidates must be comfortable working outside for the majority of the shift and performing physically demanding work. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment with a stable company.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities

  • Bag finished products according to production standards
  • Assist with general production and material handling duties
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
  • Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
  • Operate a forklift if qualified (not required)
