JOB SUMMARY
The FLEX Senior Product Manager leads product strategy, requirements, and delivery across Property Experience and Salesforce-based products. This role partners with business and technology team members to translate needs into scalable solutions, drive product execution, and deliver capabilities that enhance associate productivity and guest experience.
This is a highly cross-functional role operating in a complex, matrixed environment - requiring a balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on delivery execution. A key emphasis of this position is proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise implementations that integrate Salesforce, while ensuring operational readiness and measurable improvements to user satisfaction and productivity.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, application delivery, product management, or related technology disciplines, including experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership role
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions, lead cross-functional teams, and drive Agile product delivery from strategy and roadmap through implementation and release

Preferred
  • Experience with Agile product management practices and tools, including Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration platforms
  • Product management, Agile, or Scrum certification (eg, CSPO, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations involving Salesforce, CRM platforms, customer experience solutions, or other enterprise technologies
  • Experience supporting hospitality, customer service, guest experience, loyalty, or service operations products and platforms

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned to business objectives and operational priorities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and translate business needs into product requirements
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and development-ready
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of product capabilities across cross-functional teams, driving alignment, quality, and timely execution
  • Conduct business, process, and systems analysis to evaluate impacts, identify dependencies, and support solution design decisions
  • Document requirements, workflows, use cases, process flows, and solution designs to support development and implementation activities
  • Facilitate product planning activities, including roadmap reviews, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness assessments
  • Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and release activities to ensure successful delivery and adoption of product enhancements
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs across multiple teams, systems, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, and vendor teams to design and deliver scalable technology solutions
  • Drive enterprise implementations and product enhancements that improve associate productivity, operational efficiency, and user experience
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and key metrics to evaluate outcomes and inform future roadmap decisions
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, accessibility, and data governance standards
