- Author, update, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and other detailed technical documentation.
- Define and document data, power, radio frequency (RF), and cabling requirements at system and subsystem levels.
- Establish, document, and manage system and subsystem interfaces across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Support requirements traceability activities to ensure full linkage from high-level system requirements down through detailed specifications.
- Support change management activities, including tracking, assessing, and implementing changes to requirements and interfaces.
- Collaborate with technical leads, program stakeholders, and customers in both virtual and in-person settings to clarify requirements and resolve interface issues.
- Evaluate technical changes and contribute to the development of engineering change products, including impact assessments and review materials.
- Work within engineering requirements tools to create, organize, and maintain structured requirements documentation.
- Manage high-volume, detail-intensive engineering workstreams while maintaining accuracy and consistency across documentation.

- Hands-on experience with requirements development and documentation in complex engineering environments.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements engineering, including authoring, decomposition, and traceability.
- Experience using DOORS, Engineering Requirements Documents, or similar requirements management tools.
- Strong experience writing detailed technical documentation, with Interface Control Documents (ICDs) highly preferred.
- Ability to define and manage data, power, RF, and cabling requirements and interfaces.
- Experience developing and implementing interface requirements across data, cabling, and power domains.
- Familiarity with radio frequency concepts, electromagnetic interference considerations, circuit logic, and electronic components.
- Ability to manage high-volume, detail-heavy engineering workstreams with precision and consistency.
- Effective communication skills for working with technical teams, program stakeholders, and external customers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in electrical engineering domains such as RF, communications, power systems, and data systems.
- Strong understanding of the Systems Engineering V lifecycle and its application to complex systems.
- Prior experience supporting Navy or other defense systems programs.
- Experience with engineering change requests, including preparation, impact assessments, and participation in review cycles.
