Location: Richmond, VA or Des Moines, IA (Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our client's enterprise technology team. In this role, you will create high-impact dashboards and visualizations that inform strategic business decisions. You will work closely with data teams, analysts, and senior leadership on initiatives focused on cloud transformation and enterprise reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bridging technical solutions with business insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions
  • Partner with data engineers, analysts, business analysts, and leadership
  • Support cloud-based data initiatives (Azure and Databricks)
  • Promote self-service analytics for business stakeholders
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and usability of reporting solutions

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong Power BI skills (intermediate to advanced)
