Job Description:

Our Homecare Staffing/HR Assistant is an entry level position. The position requires constant communication with the ederly and/or disabled population concerning the client's services. It is the responsibility of the Staffing/HR Coordinator with the help of the Assisant to find an adequate caregiver to work the approved hours for the client. This may require hiring a completly new caregiver. In this position, the employee will start out learning basic HR job duties but has lots of growth opportunity to learn more Staffing duties and obtaining their own case load of clients. The following list is a general list of job duties that may be required:

  • Assisting in the Staffing department with paperwork and other clerical items
  • Calling a variety of different people, to include clients and their family, case managers, etc.
  • Ensuring all Regulations are being met while making sure all the client's hours are being worked by an adequate caregiver.
  • Supervising Caregivers by making sure they are completing all their job duties, warning and/or writing them up if needed.
  • Hiring new caregivers
  • Phone Interviews
  • Collecting Paperwork/ Documents
  • Employee Follow up
