Job Overview - Receptionist & Office Administrator (Temporary): Atlantic Group is hiring a Receptionist & Office Administrator (Temporary) for our client in Greenwich, CT. This in-office role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with expertise in front desk management, office coordination, and administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will ensure a welcoming, professional office environment while handling daily administrative operations and office logistics. Compensation: $30/hour Location: Greenwich, CT Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office) Responsibilities as the Receptionist & Office Administrator:
  • Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Call & Email Handling: Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative inquiries.
  • Meeting & Room Coordination: Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings.
  • Office Administration: Handle mail distribution, supply orders, and office upkeep.
