Pest Control Branch Manager — Licensed Pest Control Applicator (El Paso, TX / Las Cruces, NM)

An established pest control company in the El Paso, TX / Las Cruces, NM market is expanding leadership and looking for a fully licensed Certified Applicator to serve as Branch Manager, overseeing both commercial and residential lines of business across operations and sales. You'll work alongside the current leadership team to align processes and build capacity as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

• Hold (or quickly obtain) TX and NM structural pest applicator licensure

• Provide branch-level oversight of commercial and residential accounts

• Oversee field operations, scheduling, and quality control

• Support and coordinate commercial sales and residential route growth

• Ensure EPA/TDA/NMDA compliance

Requirements:

• Active Certified Applicator license (TX and NM) or eligibility

• Experience in both commercial and residential pest control sales/operations

• Strong leadership skills leading multi-role teams; bilingual English/Spanish a plus
