Denville Pediatrics is seeking a full time Front Desk Receptionist for our pediatric office. The Front Desk Receptionist acts as the representative of Denville Pediatrics, interacting directly with our patients and providing excellent customer service and patient care.

Applicants must be available Monday-Friday with one evening a week and one Saturday a month. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Checking in/out patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Answering phones
  • Providing all necessary paperwork upon arrival for their appointments
  • Verifying insurance eligibility
  • Updating medical records

Requirements:
