Video Producer
Location: Richardson, TX (100% Onsite)
Compensation: Up to $29.00/hr (Depending on experience)

Position Overview:
Our clients in Richardson are seeking a talented and versatile Video Producer to manage end-to-end video production—from pre-production through post-production. In this highly collaborative role, you will work both independently and alongside internal stakeholders to film, direct, capture high-quality audio, and deliver compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will produce top-tier podcasts, technical videos, training materials, and brand content that perfectly align with company goals and design standards.
Important Application Note: Candidates must provide a portfolio link or attachment of past video production work with their submission to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Independently manage and execute all phases of video production (scripting/storyboarding, filming, audio capture, editing, and final delivery).
- On-Camera Directing & Filming: Set up and operate production equipment, including cameras, audio recorders, and lighting.
- Post-Production: Edit high-quality video and audio assets, ensuring clean transitions, pacing, and sound design.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand project goals and bring their vision to life.
- Design Support: Provide occasional assistance with graphic design, layouts, and visual presentations to support broader brand initiatives.
- Project Management: Effectively juggle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional video production experience.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Adobe After Effects is strictly required.
- Hardware Expertise: Hands-on experience operating:
- Blackmagic Pocket Cinema cameras (or similar cinema systems)
- Zoom H5 audio recorders
- Wireless microphone systems
- 3-point lighting setups
- Work Environment: Ability to work 100% onsite at our Richardson, TX office.
Preferred Skills (A Plus)
- Experience with storyboarding and creating simple motion graphics.
- Familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
