Power Temp Systems, Inc is seeking a dependable, hands-on Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring industrial products move accurately, efficiently, and safely to our customers.
This position is ideal for candidates with direct warehouse shipping & receiving experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with industrial products.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate hands-on inbound and outbound shipments
  • Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and work orders
  • Receive, verify, stage, and palletize industrial materials and parts
  • Perform light quality checks and report discrepancies or damaged materials
  • Coordinate carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers)
  • Maintain organized inventory and clean warehouse areas
  • Assist with basic mechanical or parts handling as a backup when needed
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of related shipping & receiving experience in a warehouse or industrial environment
  • Experience shipping industrial, mechanical, or MRO products
  • Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping systems (LTL experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of proper packing, staging, and freight documentation
  • Forklift certification required
  • Ability to pull and back a trailer
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or experience handling industrial parts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Clear driving record required

This is a hands-on warehouse role. Candidates seeking office-only or dispatch-only positions may not be a good fit.
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full-time | Generally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed
  • Minimal to no travel required
  • Physical demands include lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs
  • Steel toe boots and safety glasses required in designated areas
