Job description

In this role as a Production Technician I, you will be responsible for leading a production team and/or participating in a specific team or assignment. Duties may include working on a semi-automated machine line, handling manual carton packing, or supporting other production-related roles. Most responsibilities involve collaborating with or leading several operators to meet production goals.

This position is for a second shift (Hours: 1:30PM to 10:00PM). An initial four-week training period will be conducted during first shift (Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) prior to transitioning to second shift.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Perform final kits assembly of Bio-Rad packaged products that are used to calibrate/QC many types of diagnostic testing platforms for hospital, clinic, and laboratories.
  • Perform in-process and final quality inspection of components/products to ensure product quality as well complete delivery of Finished Goods to Distribution Warehouse.
  • Interpret and adhere to procedures and work instructions to while leading a production team to execute production tasks.
  • Complete and review required quality documentation, process order, and batch records while following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Complete inventory and quality transactions in SAP Inventory System.

Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $20.63 to $28.37  per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.  As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
