Production Associates Job Details:
  • Schedule: 
  1. 1st shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm ($15/hr)
  2. 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm ($16/hr)
  3. 3rd Shift Mon-Fri 10pm-6:30am ($17/hr)
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
  • Location: Easton, PA
 
Production Associates Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and package finished products according to company standards and specifications. 
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging. 
  • Ensure packaged products meet quality and safety requirements. 
  • Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently when necessary. 
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals. 
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs and quality concerns.
