Production Worker Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $17.00-$20/hr based on experience
Production Worker Job Description:
  • Precisely measure, cut, and assemble custom window fashions using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Ensure accuracy in production reports and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Package finished products securely and stage them for shipping.
  • Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team as needed to meet production deadlines.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and motivating team environment.
Production Worker Job Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of measurements, including fractions (1/16, 1/8, etc.).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to differentiate colors; candidates must not be color blind.
  • Experience in production assembly, machine operation, and reporting.
