This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc- a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individuals looking to assist in our growing Retail Operation.


The C-Store Manager will manage, direct and supervise the daily operations of assigned location while providing pleasant and courteous service to customers according to Company goals, policies, and procedures.

This position requires a high degree of initiative and attention to detail, advanced problem solving, supervisory and communication skills, and the ability to project the desired Company image of courteous and friendly service to customers.

Team members in this job class will follow and enforce job descriptions of CSR, Lead CSR, and Shift Leader/Keyholder.

Duties and responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, foodservice, operations, employee staffing, development, employee relations, and store profitability.

They will create a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect.

Must have a high school education or equivalent, previous people management experience, must be self-motivated, dependable, have the ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining total customer focus.



Education:

High School or equivalent


Experience & Skills:

Previous Management experience is preferred.

Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

In addition, you must have good communication skills, and good personal grooming habits.
