Job description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Technician III to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical facility infrastructure in a 24/7 environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, HVAC, cooling, and building systems to ensure safe and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot critical electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
  • Respond to alarms, incidents, and equipment failures.
  • Monitor systems using building management and maintenance software.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities, industrial, manufacturing, data center, or mission-critical environments.
  • Experience with electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or building systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $55.00/hr.
