About the Team The Human Resource Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities: HR Tech & Automation - Manage, maintain, and audit mobility trackers, dashboards, and operational metrics within our HR tech platforms to ensure absolute data integrity. - Leverage an AI-driven, automation-first mindset to proactively identify bottlenecks in the employee lifecycle, proposing and implementing scalable HR tech solutions. - Partner with the Performance & Incentives Team to generate data-driven insights, support compensation analysis, and execute global mobility cost calculations. Mobility & HR Operations - Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding technical workflows, including conducting Day 1 orientations for international transfers and new hires. - Support the execution of mobility processes by coordinating data flows and requirements with global stakeholders, including Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement. - Act as a primary operational contact for Employees, Candidates, and Talent Acquisition to guide them through system workflows. Assist with day-to-day coordination and administrative tracking for external mobility and relocation vendors.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 4+ years of relevant working experience in HR Tech, HRIS, HR Analytics, or an HR Operations role. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Responsible and positive work attitude with a proven ability to manage complex data tracking and technical tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications - Strong background in HR tech platforms and data management, with a track record of moving manual processes into automated workflows. - Hands-on experience conducting Day 1 orientations and reviewing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding). - Foundational knowledge of onboarding workflows, compensation structures, and global/mobility tax implications. - Strong planning, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills with excellent logic and attention to detail. - High-integrity, self-motivated, and able to handle sensitive employee data and confidential information responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
