Job description

Position: Corporate Recruiter – Oil & Gas
Location: Dallas, TX (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $40/hr
Duration: 3 Months (with potential for extension)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for temporary and permanent positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for a variety of corporate, technical, professional, and management roles.
  • Lead intake meetings and provide recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Draft and post job advertisements and recommend updates to job descriptions.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Prepare offers, conduct compensation analyses, and support offer approvals.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics, weekly status reports, and ATS documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, affirmative action, and employment regulations.
  • Support university recruiting, internships, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Oil & gas industry recruiting experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience recruiting for corporate, commercial, operations, or technical positions.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Recruiting is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, and affirmative action compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
