This company is a specialized downhole tool manufacturer in the oil and gas industry, helping operators improve the reliability and performance of artificial lift systems in demanding well environments. It designs and manufactures products for cable protection, sand mitigation, and equipment protection, while providing engineering expertise and customized solutions that optimize production operations.


In this role, you'll support account managers by processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional service to existing customers, playing a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience.


The Role:

- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders.

- Manage orders from entry through delivery and maintain accurate records.

- Support the outside sales team with customer and order information.

- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and solutions.

- Provide administrative support to the sales team.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in the CRM.

- Collaborate with sales leadership to execute growth strategies and achieve targets.


The Person:

- Work or internship experience in sales support, customer service, or oil & gas operations.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM Software

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
