Position Summary:
As a Roustabout, you will be responsible for providing support to our team of oil and gas industry professionals. Your role will be critical in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining an efficient work environment. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who is willing to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Deliver and transport equipment and materials as needed
  • Load and unloading materials and equipment
  • Participate in daily JSA meetings
  • Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly safety meetings
  • Clean and prepare construction sites
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
  • Build and take down temporary structures
  • General labor as instructed by management
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and leads and implement construction plans

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of Oil Field experience
  • Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
  • Thorough knowledge of oilfield machinery and repair
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a "safety first" mentality
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy objects

Company Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check to company standards
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Demand and Work Environment
  • More than 20% of the time will be spent driving and sitting.
  • More than 50% of the time will be spent bending, lifting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to commute to Ault, CO
