Job description

We are looking for dependable hard-working employees to come work with us at Shalestone, Inc. We install AST's, Minion Tanks, and Harpoon tanks among other services. Oilfield experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right candidates. A Fluid Tank Installer works on an installation crew to execute the installation, removal, rig-up and rig-down of above ground water storage tanks, minion tanks and secondary containment.
Essential Duties:
  • Heavy laboring day to day
  • Frequently pushing, pulling, folding, and unfolding of liner and bladder materials
  • Loading and unloading of material, tools, and equipment from flat bed and enclosed trailers, and crew trucks
  • Operation of general oilfield equipment (forklift, backhoe, skid steer, manlift, etc.)
  • The frequent use of hand tools and implements
  • Working in all weather conditions
  • Conducts other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Sporadic schedule and long shifts can be experienced
  • Operate liner and bladder welding equipment

Responsibilities:
  • Safety First
  • Show up to work on time, prepared for each day
  • Follow direction and mentorship provided by Supervisor
  • Clock in-and-out with precision
  • Become proficient in the workflow of the job - Every step between start to completion
  • Maintain clear work areas, clean vehicles, clean equipment, and clean facilities
  • Report all incidents to Supervisor immediately
  • Safe operation of company vehicles

Qualifications:
  • Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening as well as random drug testing
  • Valid driver's license and approved motor vehicle record (must have 2 years of driving experience and no more than two moving violations in 3 years, no revocation or suspension of driving privileges within the last 5 years)
