It also manufactures baked products, beverages and many more that are produced globally.        
      
Position: Ecommerce Site Merchandicer
Location: Bentonville, AR 72712 
Duration: 6+ Months         
Job Type: Temporary Assignment   
Work Type: Hybrid (Preferred in the Bentonville area. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the office and 2 days at home) 
Shift: 8:30am-5:30pm 
      
Job Description:  
 
Main Duties: 
  • DCAL Maintenance – adding new items to the catalog, working with CSEs to remove deleted items. 
  • Content Quality Updates – Ensure all items in the catalog achieve a 96% content quality score 
  • Troubleshooting – 
  • Work with content team to manually update any items that failed on their end or that have any issues on .com 
  • File tickets in the Walmart system for various reasons such as incorrect Product Types, Unpublished items, help with system errors. 
  • Timeline management – 
  • Ensuring that all items are above the 96% content threshold 8+ weeks before mod set (Seasons & EVD). 
  • Collaborates with sales team and the content team to ensure deliverable of timelines 
Site Merchandising 
  • Conduct weekly site walks to ensure correct item presentation 
  • Action if needed 
  • Building campaign item lists (ranking by priority) 
  • 3P review & maintenance – working with Corsearch to review flagged items, identify target offenders and action against them. 
  • Competitive analysis – identify what others are doing on the site that we could/should do differently especially those we are losing share to. 
Typical Day: 
  • Content management and troubleshooting 
  • Daily site walks 
  • Working with sales and content team on specific needs 
  • Support Omni team on any content needs
