What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll be the heart of our mission- helping customers diagnose, repair, and restore heavy-duty equipment. Your work will include:

  • Diagnosing, inspecting, tear down, and assembly of Twin Disc marine reduction gear, off-highway axle & drives, industrial off-road power shift transmissions, industrial power takeoffs, and torque converters
  • Collaborating with customers and vendors to provide top-tier solution
  • Performing both in-house and field repairs

Are You the Right Fit?

  • Do you have 5-7 years of experience working with heavy equipment?
  • Do you have a technical degree in diesel or automotive (preferred but not required)?
  • Are you skilled in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic hydraulic principles?
  • Are you able to work independently with minimal or no guidance, while also collaborating in a team environment?
  • Are you able to read assembly manuals, drawings, and schematics?
  • Do you have a valid driver's license?
  • Are you in good physical condition (the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 consecutive hours)?
  • Do you have the ability to communicate well with customers and have a strong sense of urgency?
