Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Are you an experienced Home Health RN who enjoys working independently while making a meaningful impact in your patients' lives? We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in the home setting.

Pay Package

Local RN $53/hour Estimated $2,120/week Travel RN $18/hour taxable rate $600/week meals stipend $1,000/week housing stipend Estimated $2,320/week package Mileage Reimbursement: $0.51 per mile between patient visits (reimbursed from patient to patient, not from your home to the first visit or from the last visit back home).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct skilled nursing visits in patient homes
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • Complete OASIS documentation and home health charting
  • Provide disease management education and patient teaching
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Perform wound care and wound vac management
  • Manage PICC lines and other skilled nursing procedures
  • Complete lab draws and specimen collection
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
  • Active Tennessee RN License
  • Minimum 3 years of Home Health RN experience
  • OASIS experience required
  • Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation for patient visits
Additional Details
  • Coverage areas include Sumner, Robertson, and Cheatham Counties
  • 6-7 patient visits per day
  • One weekend per month may be required as needed
  • Client interview required prior to offer
  • Orientation provided during the first week
  • Solid color scrubs required
