Diverse Staffing is a rapidly growing, national workforce solutions organization specializing in Temporary and Temp-to-Hire staffing. As we continue to scale, we are creating a new Executive Leadership role—Executive Director, Sales Strategy & Analytics—to serve as the single point of accountability for enterprise sales performance, revenue predictability, and execution discipline.

This role sits on the Executive Leadership Team and partners directly with Ownership, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.

What You’ll Own

This is a role for a proven staffing sales executive who is ready to own the number—not just influence it.

You will be accountable for:

  • Enterprise-wide sales strategy across Temporary and Temp-to-Hire staffing
  • Revenue growth, gross profit performance, and forecast accuracy
  • Sales standards, pricing discipline, and pipeline health
  • CRM integrity, sales analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting
  • Dotted-line leadership of Staffing Services Directors and Managing Directors

Field leaders execute. You set the standard—and own the outcome.

Who We’re Looking For

You are likely:

  • A current or recent executive-level sales leader in staffing
  • Experienced in multi-location or national staffing organizations
  • Skilled at driving accountability through data, influence, and credibility
  • Strong in forecasting, pricing discipline, and margin management
  • Fluent in CRM-driven sales environments and analytics
  • A trusted partner to ownership and finance on revenue strategy

You bring executive presence, commercial judgment, and the ability to build structure without bureaucracy.
