Location: Colorado, USA (Hybrid)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer Architect with strong expertise in AWS Elastic VMware Service (EVS), VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), and enterprise network architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, securing, and managing hybrid cloud environments, enabling seamless connectivity between on-premises data centers and AWS-based VMware workloads.

This role requires deep knowledge of AWS networking, VMware technologies, cloud migration strategies, software-defined networking (SDN), and network security.

Key Responsibilities

AWS & VMware Integration

  • Provision and configure VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSAN, and NSX overlay networks on AWS infrastructure.
  • Design and implement scalable hybrid-cloud network architectures.
  • Integrate AWS VPC environments with VMware NSX overlay networks.

Hybrid Cloud Architecture

  • Design, build, and maintain AWS Direct Connect and AWS Transit Gateway connectivity.
  • Establish secure communication between on-premises data centers and AWS cloud environments.
  • Manage north-south and east-west traffic routing across hybrid environments.
