Job description

We have an immediate need for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to provide executive level legal support at a large center city law firm. This is a temp to perm opportunity.


Job Duties Include:

  • Manage and triage attorney inbox, requests, court notices, and client communications
  • Track action items and deadlines; ensure timely follow‑through
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and manage competing priorities
  • Coordinate court appearances, depositions, client meetings, etc.
  • Handle short‑notice and confidential logistics
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and organize documents and correspondence
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF creation, editing, redactions, secure sharing)
  • Arrange travel, expenses, and short‑notice logistics
  • Arrange attorney travel for trials, hearings, and client meetings
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and vendor payments
  • Maintain organized electronic files and records
  • Document management systems (iManage, NetDocuments preferred)
  • Handle sensitive and privileged information with discretion
  • Maintain professionalism with clients, courts, and external parties
  • Provide proactive administrative support across all phases of matters


Job Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of legal administrative experience at an executive level
  • strong MS Office experience
  • document management experience
  • bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate preferred
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
