Daily Responsibilities: Operating injection molding machines Performing precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Setting up and adjusting machine tools for production Ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the production process Conducting machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed Required Skills: Experience in automotive manufacturing Proficiency in machine operation and setup Knowledge of Fanuc controls and CNC machining Ability to perform single-minute exchange of die (SMED) Familiarity with conveyor systems and blow molding processes Company Information: We have been in business since June of 1987 and are Erie, Pennsylvania's leading full-service employment firm.
