ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Passenger Experience Research Center (PERC) Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the PERC facility and the successful execution of passenger experience surveys. This position supports an interactive exhibition in a museum setting. The PERC Administrator will use visitor engagement, facility management, and data collection to support Boeing's research initiatives. This is a temporary position from late July through all of August, with hours ranging from part-time to full-time depending on availability.

WHO YOU ARE:

You are a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual with at least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles. You possess strong communication skills, excel in multitasking, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A proactive mindset, reliability, and the ability to engage effectively with visitors are key. Weekend availability is essential, and an interest in aviation or science would be a valuable bonus. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility and supporting Boeing's research initiatives.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • OWNING
    • Open and close the PERC facility for daily operations, maintaining cleanliness, preparing survey materials, and managing the Boeing survey research tablets.
    • Notify the Future of Flight and Boeing Tours teams about the day's anticipated survey schedule.
    • At closing, shut down all systems, clean the facility, and reset for the next day.
    • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support PERC operations.
  • THINKING
    • Recruit and encourage visitors to participate in the Boeing study.
  • DOING
    • Represent Boeing and Teague's quality standards by welcoming and checking in participants with excellent customer service.
    • Facilitate visitors through the Boeing study, providing instruction, answering questions, and offering support as needed, managing participant flow through designated areas.
    • Set up signage, admission tickets, tables, and chairs as needed.
    • Collect materials, distribute souvenirs, and prepare for the next group of participants.

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Professional, organized, and responsible demeanor.
  • 1+ years of customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Reliable transportation required.

The salary range for this job in most US geographic locations is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.

This role is 100% in person, onsite in Mukilteo, WA.
