A Temporary Merchandiser is responsible for setting up product displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring that merchandise is presented according to company standards. This role is often seasonal or project-based, typically lasting for a few weeks or months. Temporary Merchandisers may work in retail stores, grocery stores, or other locations, helping to maintain product visibility and appeal. You may also be responsible for rotating stock, checking product expiration dates, and reporting inventory issues to store or brand representatives. You’ll often work independently, but will regularly communicate with store staff and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
