Join IVI RMA North America, a leading fertility care network dedicated to helping individuals and couples build the families they've dreamed of. We combine advanced reproductive medicine with compassionate, patient-centered care, creating an environment where every team member plays a meaningful role in changing lives. We are seeking a Temporary Medical Assistant to support our growing Littleton practice. This full-time opportunity offers hands-on clinical experience in a specialized field of healthcare, working alongside an expert team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

  • Prepare exam and procedure rooms
  • Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
  • Perform specimen collection and processing
  • Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
  • Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
  • Practice phlebotomy
  • Maintain clinical supplies inventory.
  • Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories.
  • Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.

Academic Training:

  • Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferred
    • Studies level: Certification
    • Studies area: Nursing/healthcare assistant
  • Phlebotomy Program – preferred
    • Studies level: Certification
    • Studies area: Phlebotomy Program

Requirements:

  • 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ year Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn preferred
  • Prior experience in Fertility, OBGYN, or Women’s healthcare – preferred
  • Experience supporting clinical procedures is a plus
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience - preferred
