Job Duties / General Requirements

The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing teams of superintendents, field personnel, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality commercial HVAC and plumbing projects while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with upper management to align with Tebarco Mechanicalโ€™s strategic goals, driving profitability and operational excellence.

  • Develop proactive solutions to address potential challenges before they impact project success.

  • Analyze bid documents to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures prior to project commencement.

  • Review project drawings and create schedules that align with budgetary and timeline objectives.

  • Collaborate with preconstruction services and operations teams to ensure project milestones and goals are achieved.

  • Evaluate subcontractor scopes to identify risks, omissions, or opportunities for optimization.

  • Foster open communication with project teams, clients, architects, engineers, and general contractors.

  • Monitor project budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential shortfalls or opportunities to enhance profitability.

  • Ensure accuracy in budget forecasting and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
