Description:
  • Valid Class A/B CDL license
  • Able to be insured by Carlton Farms insurance company.
  • Have a clean appearance and interact with customers daily
  • Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
  • Follow DOT regulations
  • Understand basic shipping, receiving, temperature and returned goods logs
  • Organize product and materials.
  • Load trucks and deliver fresh meat products to customers
  • Pull customers orders from a generated pick ticket
  • Package and scan inventory of boxed products
  • Verify shipments at plant and destination before delivery
  • Familiar with daily vehicle inspections
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as others in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Adhere to work and food safety policies se forth by the company and USDA
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the department.
