The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by safely moving, loading, and unloading materials throughout the facility. This position requires regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 pounds, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment. You will work closely with a small team to support shipping, kitting, and general material handling activities in an air-conditioned warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring materials are handled carefully and placed in the correct locations.
  • Support general warehouse activities, including material handling, kitting, shipping, and general labor tasks as needed.
  • Follow established procedures for handling, storing, and staging materials to maintain organization and workflow.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of material handlers to meet daily operational goals and production needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area in compliance with workplace safety standards.
  • Demonstrate positive attitude and professional conduct when interacting with team members and other departments.
  • Use material handling equipment safely; operate a forklift if trained and authorized (forklift experience is a plus but not required).

Pay and Benefits
