Warehouse Worker

Job Description

This role supports warehouse operations by safely operating forklifts, handling manual materials, and accurately picking and packing product.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts down narrow aisles and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
  • Pick products accurately according to order requirements using RF scanners and other tools.
  • Perform manual material handling tasks, including lifting
  • Complete picking and packing activities to prepare shipments, ensuring items are correctly packaged, labeled, and ready for dispatch.
  • Load and unload trucks, verifying shipment contents and supporting shipping and receiving processes.
  • Handle warehouse shipping and receiving tasks, including staging, organizing, and moving inventory in and out of storage areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory by following order picking procedures, counting items, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Use RF scanners to scan, track, and update product locations and shipment information in the warehouse system.
  • Work both as a team player and independently to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to support a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Stay focused on work tasks, maintaining strong work ethic and minimizing distractions such as personal phone use.
  • Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and equipment operating procedures to prevent accidents and damage.

Pay and Benefits
