Your Role:
Directs daily operations and provides leadership for assigned personnel. Responsible for communicating with Resource Planning, Inventory Management, Quality, and Operations Management to resolve any production issues. Accountable for assigned areas to ensure we meet or exceed all customer SLA's as well as Operating plan performance metrics.

What Are You Going To Do?

  • Accountable for daily workstation assignments of regular and temporary labor
  • Achieve performance standards with regards to safety, productivity and quality
  • Lead a team of up to 25 fulltime/temporary Outbound associates
  • Train, review, and coach associates on department work instructions, processes, procedures, and policies
  • Known in the department/group as the "knowledge base" of information
  • Responsible for maintaining all defined 5S standards
  • Communicates daily with Resource Planning and Operations staff
  • Maintains a professional and positive attitude in dealings with co-workers, supervisors, and their departmental personnel at all times
  • Actively participate in special department projects
