Temporary to Full Time Employment
Temporary employees can become eligible for Full-Time Employment Evaluation after just 30 days, based on attendance, performance, work ethic and business need!
Full time employment is also available for qualified applicants.
Material Handler Pay:
Temporary Employee - $16/hr for 1st Shift, $17/hr for 2nd & 3rd Shift.
Full Time Employee -$17.50 per hour with a 7% increase for second (2nd) and third (3rd) shift.
Work Hours: 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available.
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This job is for both locations.
Must be 18+ years of age.
As a Material Handler you will:
  • Create bundles of book sections.
  • Feed book sections into the binding machine.
  • Move books from the production line and stack them into boxes.
  • Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 to 80 pounds
  • Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift
